These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 88ad governing your access to and use of the 88ad.club platform, including all casino games, sports betting markets, and associated services. Any use of automated software, collusion, bonus abuse, arbitrage betting strategies, or any other conduct that 88ad determines to be fraudulent will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Individual. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 88ad. Registration of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under different names, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. 88ad employs device fingerprinting, payment method cross-referencing, and CNIC matching to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts identified will be permanently closed and any balances held within them forfeited.
2.3 Accurate Registration Information. When creating your 88ad account, you must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. This includes your legal full name (matching your CNIC), a valid personal email address, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and your date of birth. You are responsible for keeping your registration information current. 88ad shall bear no liability for losses arising from inaccurate information provided at registration.
2.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal from your 88ad account, you will be required to complete Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. This process requires you to submit a clear copy of your valid CNIC and, where requested, proof of the payment method used for deposits. 88ad reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.
3.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 88ad account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. 88ad will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
3.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 88ad's support team immediately via live chat. 88ad will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon notification, but shall not be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification of unauthorised access.
3.3 Two-Factor Authentication. 88ad offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS to all registered users. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA to protect your account. Accounts with 2FA enabled receive an additional layer of verification before any withdrawal is processed.
3.4 Account Activity. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your 88ad account. Any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested from your account while your credentials are active will be treated as authorised by you.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 88ad currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR transactions are processed at no additional currency conversion charge. USDT TRC20 transactions are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of processing.
4.2 Minimum Deposit Amounts. The minimum deposit amount on 88ad is PKR 200 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions, and PKR 500 for bank transfer methods. Minimum deposit amounts for USDT TRC20 are displayed at the time of transaction in the cashier section of your account.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals from verified 88ad accounts are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before 10:00 PM PKT. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. 88ad reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations.
4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. 88ad reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.
4.5 Segregated Player Funds. Player deposits held in 88ad accounts are maintained in accounts segregated from 88ad's operational capital. This means your PKR balance is protected independently of 88ad's business operations.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 88ad are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your 88ad account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period of the bonus; unused bonus funds expire at the end of this period.
5.3 Bonus Abuse. 88ad actively monitors bonus usage for patterns indicative of abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin or matched betting strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gaming intent, systematic exploitation of promotional structures, and collusion between multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
5.4 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. 88ad reserves the right to exclude specific users from individual promotions, or from all promotions, at its sole discretion. Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts.
6.1 Sports Betting. All sports bets placed on 88ad are subject to the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform for each sport and market type. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is — are governed by the cricket-specific rules published on 88ad. In the event of abandonment, cancellation, or any other irregular event, void bet rules will apply as described in the relevant sport's rules.
6.2 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are offered on selected sporting events. 88ad reserves the right to suspend live markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted prior to suspension are settled on the basis of the official result of the relevant market. Any bets placed after a live event result has been determined — whether due to a technical delay or data error — are void and will be refunded.
6.3 Casino Games. All casino games available on 88ad — including live dealer tables, slot games, virtual casino titles, and jackpot bingo — are supplied by internationally licensed third-party studios. All results are generated by independently audited random number generators (RNG) or by live studio processes. 88ad does not control individual game outcomes.
6.4 Palpable Errors. 88ad reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a manifest or palpable error has occurred — including but not limited to: incorrectly priced markets, software errors producing impossible outcomes, or live data feed failures. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player's account. Winnings derived from palpable errors are not valid and will not be paid.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. 88ad applies maximum single-bet payout limits across all sports markets and casino games. These limits are published in the relevant sections of the Platform and may be updated from time to time. Winnings in excess of published limits will be capped at the stated maximum.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 88ad and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:
8.1 Platform Content. All content on the 88ad platform — including but not limited to the 88ad name, logo, website design, graphics, software code, text, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of 88ad or its licensed third-party suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes.
8.2 Restrictions. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 88ad platform without prior written permission from 88ad. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, and circumstances beyond 88ad's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 88ad shall not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime.
9.2 Consequential Loss. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88ad shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising from your use of the Platform, even if 88ad has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
9.3 Gambling Risk Acknowledgement. You acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose all funds deposited into your 88ad account. 88ad does not guarantee any outcome. You gamble at your own risk and are solely responsible for your wagering decisions.
9.4 Third-Party Games. Casino games on 88ad are supplied by third-party studios under international licence. 88ad does not warrant the uninterrupted availability of any specific game title and shall not be liable for losses arising from game unavailability, software defects, or errors within third-party game software where such errors are outside 88ad's reasonable control.
